The three steps needed to subjugate a people:

1) Remove their ability to reason.

           Have you talked to a recent "graduate" of the American education system?  That's the DeptOfEd's work.

2) Constrain their ability to access and exchange information.'

          hmmm.....this sounds vaguely familiar....almost as if I just read an article in REASON on it

3) Relieve them of the means with which to defend themselves and their property.
